New Apprentice Learning on the Job

Jacob Shaw (16) from Cowpe has begun his working life with JVT Construction after finishing his GCSE’s and leaving High School this summer. JVT and Jacob signed up to the Burnley College (INTERMEDIATE APPRENTICESHIP IN BRICKWORK) an apprenticeship lasting a minimum of 2 years.

Themis at Burnley College is the largest Apprenticeships and business training provider in Pennine Lancashire, offering award-winning bespoke training solutions to more than 500 employers across the UK. Learning on site from co-workers whilst gaining practical training at Themis award-winning bespoke training solutions on a day release, Jacob will train and work towards Industry best practise.
